ESF CEO Alan Lowry and Sales and Marketing Executive Alex Lowry exhibited at the NILGA conference in Omagh on the 23rd February.
NILGA promotes, develops and champions local government by developing regional, all council, approaches to key issues affecting the sector. This includes elected member development, collective lobbying, policy formulation, best practice events and campaigns, all aimed at improving democracy and public services.
